My name's alanna and I am a university student studying psychology. I like spontaneity and am somewhat a hopeless romantic. I love to sing and I believe being confident and positive is the key to a successful and happy life.

the start of 2012 has definitely been both a bludgey and stressful decision orientated one. i feel like ive been doing nothing lately and also i feel like ive been trying to make the biggest decision of my life so far, this stupid uni course selection. 
i personally wanted to do psychology at unsw but clearly my dad objects and heavily triees to persuade me to go usyd. ergh anyway, it was info day today, a last minute day where we getta ask any more questions about our courses or whatever. 
bused it all the way to town hall, then walked to central to meet up with kelly, fiona and rebecca. ommg, biggest trek ever. the walk felt so long and i was tired by the end of it, and the day hasnt even begun yet. -.- gaay, anyway, we go on a bus that didnt look like it was free but we walked on anyway. muahahaa. got there bright and early so we decided to just walk around til the science lecture began. it wasnt that amazing. way too broad and i already knew about everything they were talking about so nothing new. bumped into vivian though so we quickly caught up before the lecture began. haha. anyway, afterwards, fiona, kelly and rebecca went off to the commerce lecture which i was not interested in what so ever so i decided to walk off myself. bumped into angela whom i havent seen in aagesss ! then walked around like a loser and talked on the phone for a bit before decided to go to the advisory centre and ask a few questions. it was so hottttt and stuffffy so i wanted to get it done nice and quick before i dieddd. hahah quickly got back outside and bumped into tony and friend who's name i have forgotten.... LOL. had a quick chat and catch up before meeeeting back up with the girls again. 
we had such good timing with the free lunch that unsw was catering, but the food was pretty crap. the bread was dry and the sausage was a little hard.. but the drinks were good. and so were the snow conesssss ! we chilled for a while under the tree and met up with linda, david and cici. went to sign up for this free camp thing in beginining of feb which im excited about before leaving the campus with kelly to go usyd.
took forever to get there, not to mention the terrifying heat. -.- finally got there and well.. wasnt that exciting at all.. :S went to the great hall to ask more questions about psych and then.. errr.. sat in the law building for a bit cuz it was ncie and air conned. attended the law lecture which we walked out on half way cuz it was BOOORINGGG. i literally wanted to fall asleep. -.- psychology lecture was a little better but i was so exhausted from everything that i wanted to also fall asleep too.. but i think thats cuz i already knew everything... pretty much.. HAHA. went subway to grab a quick snack and bumped into james and friends. LOL. what a coicidence ! 
anyway, it was a HOT HOT day.. all i wanted to do was go to the beach or my poool. == it wasnt that informative considering i already knew everything.. but whatever, nice to seee my friends again ! i miss them alllll ! :/ 


so i got a call today that my driving lesson this friday is confirmedd ! i cant waaaait ! first driving lesson eveeer ! woo. :D 
oh and i also had a job interview today at like 9am in parramatta which i didnt end up going cuz i was going to info day. i didnt really wanna go anyway even if i was free cuz travelling to parramatta to work everything would be a pain in the aaaaaasss so yeah. i shall never apply for jobs in parramatta again. :)
