first days of uni ! |
yes the day has finally come, after 4 long months of celebrating the fact that highschool is over and the hsc is over, uni has finally begun. it was definitely quite different to highschool.
the atmopshere was different and it was heaps bigger and heaps more crowded. especially on the first day. so on the first day met up with david, ben and ben at central station. bumped into karina and catherineeeeeee ! ommmggg i havent seen them in aaages ! i missss our good old saturday morning math tutor lessons. :/
anyway, got to unsw and trekked it all the way from lower campus to upper campus for my first psych lecture ever ! the clancy auditorium was MASSSIVE and PACKKKEDD ! the lecture overall was so boring. we didnt learn anything, it was more like an intro to the course. david and i even resorted to playing noughts and crosses which i obviously wonnnnn. :P afterwards, i had a chem lecture with kelly and cecilia ! it was definitely better than the psych one, it was kinda funny and we actually went through some content ! bumped into tony at the lecture as well ! and afterwards, went to the arc store to buy our lab coats and glasses. so expensive omfggggg. then bumped into a range of people and had lunch on a lawwwn with ceci, kelly and tim. just embracing the uni lifeeeeee. met up with keith for a bit before leaving with ceci and sarah back to the city. oh and i also bought the massive value pack for psych which was SO HEAVY OMFG. so yeah the travel trip home was definitely torture. -.-
second day of uni was today, got there bright and early because of a 9am start. the psych lecture was alright, much smaller than psyc1001 and it was very whiteeeee. not a lot of asian which was amazing ! got an assignment and a reading and quizz to do already. gosssh, hardcore much!? so yeaah guesss i betterrr get into this so called uni study mode. :S afterwards, walked to the bookshop to buy the textbook im meant to read for psych. bumped into haydon and hung with him til he had his lecture and i went to my research study thing. spent half and hour doing this repetitive survey. preeeeeettty boring. hahaha. then hung with lorraine, lisa and jackie for a whileee cuz i didnt realy feel like going home. eventually, caught the bus back with kelly, had meetfresh cuz i was craving it and then went home. it was such a hot daaaay so errgggh, wasnt fun walking from central to townhall. -.-
got uni tmrwww hopefully, it'll get bettter. HAHA. anyway, i should really get some work doneeee, maybe read my awfully boring textbook... HAHAHA.
