My name's alanna and I am a university student studying psychology. I like spontaneity and am somewhat a hopeless romantic. I love to sing and I believe being confident and positive is the key to a successful and happy life.

this week has been a crazzzy week ! it flew by and im exhaustedd !
so first up, was tuesday, went out with david to have lunchhh at sushi train. love that placee. grilled scallops ! nomnomnom.
then we went pool for a bit. amazingly i did win him one time, only because he got the black ball in... hehhe. but i think ive improved from the very first time i played pool.. :S LOL.
thennn, we went passionflowerrrrrr. the weather was a little chilly but that didnt stop us from having icecream ! it was delicious and after we were done, we were LITERALLY bloated. so we walked it off by trekking it all the way up to townhall since my bus stop was there. felt like a very short day and it was, but it was definitely fun. :D


wednesday and thursday and friday, i had volunteering at the uni for the U@UNSW program where highschool kiddos from disadvantaged high schools came to the uni for a conference where they attended lectures, tutorials, faculty welcomes and even sat a test where we as volunteers were supervisors. that was so boring, sitting in a quiet room for 2.5hours doing nothing. == now i know how all exam vigilators feel.. :S hahaha. 
but overall, the program was a good experience, met any new friends that i'll hopefully see around campus and yeah !

on friday after volunteering though, rebecca and i left early to get ready for ben tang's 18th birthday party. we took forever deciding on a present for him but ended up buying a few books which he will hopefully like. we definitely put a lot of thought into it so he better... hahaha. then we went back to bec's place so she can change and then off we were to tang's!
we had to run to catch the train which was exhausting.. clearly that showed how fit we were. and wait foreveer for karina and ben to pick us up from the station. turns out they ended up going to livo stations instead of warwick farm. good one guys. HAHA. 
in the meantime, we met dennis and we had a like long chat while we waited in the cold.
finally got to tang's house and it was MASSSIVE ! so prettty and biggggg. 
we ate, took heaps of photos, saw people i havent seen in agesss and met heaps of people, who's names i have probably forgotten. :S 
we danced and jammed to heaps of songs ! ben shirt was offff. ;) ;) 
and yeah it was hilarious and heaps of fun ! 
despite living a whole hour away from him, i would definitely come back any day ! it was by far the best house party ive been to all year, not that i've been to many but it was a great seeing day trippers again <3 and everyone elseee. 
amazingly no one had gone crazy drunk when i left so thats good. the last thing i wanna see is people vomitting everywhere. :S 


well that was my weeeek. im dreading uni which is in a week's time. :(
